 ReSolution, founded in 1990 in Helsinki Finland, is an IT consultancy company dedicated in search of quality of service rather than rapid growth. This is done by

  • delivering services only by senior consultants who have an extensive knowledge and track record on their field of expertise, and by

 We believe, based on 20 years of project experience, in 4 to 1 rule - in vast majority of projects 80% of the real value is created by 20% of the workforce involved. We claim to be the 20%.

All our consultants are driven by personal commitment and entrepreneurial mind set. In place of hiring experts to deliver services we build a project team by connecting highly skilled independent business units to work together. As the contract and business partner ReSolution provides all needed one-stop-shop-services, in terms of customized training and development projects.
